Can I set my eggs as soon as I receive my shipment?

We recommend you let them acclimate to room temperature before setting them. Typically, it is recommended that there is a 6-8 hour wait time before placing them in the incubator.  If you have stored them in a cool place that is 50-60F with a humidity of 70%-80%, placing them in the incubator without some acclimation time, will cause them to sweat or possibly crack due to the extreme temperature change from being in a cool place to being placed in a preset and running incubator (it is recommended you turn your incubator on for 24 hours before setting your eggs).
