Returning items within 30 days

Mistakenly Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong item, the item can be returned to us but the cost of shipping the item to us would be at your expense. The item must be in new condition (unused) and in it's original packaging with all the pieces and parts that were included*. Once received, credit would be determined and issued if the return item meets all return requirements. We would then send the correct item or refund the cost of the item per your preference. If you would choose to re-order the correct item and ship it, the credit for the returned item will be applied to your new order and you would only be responsible for any additional cost such as price difference for the new item and shipping. We would not be able to cover the cost of shipping due to individual error, however, if you had ordered the correct item and we mistakenly sent you the incorrect product please see "Incorrect Item Received" below.

*Certain Items can be determined non-returnable at our discretion, due to the fact we must take many variables into consideration. 

Incorrect Item Received
There is a possibility we could send you an incorrect item, while our Shipping Team are excellent, in rare occasion, a mistake may occur but we'll do everything we can to make it right. Depending on the value of the item ordered, we may send you what we refer to as a "Call Tag" where you will be given a return label by the carrier if through UPS or we will send you a return label if the product was sent through USPS. Once received, we will in turn, send the correct item that you had originally ordered. Just be sure that the item is boxed with all the parts that were included. Also, remember to make the return package accessible for the carrier to pick up at their discretion. This also applies if you have received a damaged or faulty product, noticed/and we are notified within 30 days of receipt.

Returning an item after 30 days of purchase

After 30 days of receipt, we would not be able to accept a return. Please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your circumstances and review your order to see if there are other alternatives or if we could be of assistance in a resolution..

Also, if there was damage to the item that was not noticed until after the 30 days, there will be no credit issued as products received should be inspected upon receipt.

Malfunctioning or Stopped Working
Whether it is within 30 days or after 30 days please give us a call. If it would be 30 days after your purchase of the item we can direct you to the item's manufacturer as they would be the ones to follow up with you regarding the functionality of that product. If within 30 days of receipt we would follow the normal return policy.

We do not accept returns on Live Poultry 
Due to bio-security we do not allow live chicks or fowl to be accepted back into our facility. We have a 48 Hour Livability guarantee and also a Sex Identification Accuracy Guarantee. Please refer to these if you would have questions or concerns about your live birds.
